Navigating Community Resources
The Resource Compass©, our technology solution, is being designed and developed to match children and families to community support and services that they need.
We like to describe the Resource Compass© as a new Resource Hub to facilitate help-seeking at various stages of life and considering intersectional vulnerabilities such as ability, age, ethnicity, gender, immigration status, sexual orientation, and socio-economic status.
This innovative platform will serve as a comprehensive guide for families navigating the complex landscape of support services and resources available in their community.
Peer-to-Peer Mentorship
Personalized Family Support
The Peer-to-Peer Mentorship will help children and their families access community support or services based on family needs and resources.
The location of the help service depends on the child and family needs and resources, as well as resources available in that geographic region.
Our mentors work closely with families to understand their unique situation and connect them with the most appropriate and accessible support services in their area.

Video-Story Program Details
Share Your Family's Journey
The Video-Story Program engages self-advocates, caregivers, parents and family members of children with neurodiversity in an opportunity to tell an important story in their family life. This process is held entirely online.
Families with similar lived experience participate in a two-stage facilitated Video-Story process of, first, co-creating a video-story with our trained Buds in Bloom Video-Story Facilitator, and, then, sharing their two-to-four-minute story with other families in Video-Story Circles.
Our goal is for families to have the opportunity to reflect on their experience, both on their own, and in relation to other families, to gain new insights, and ultimately to feel heard, honored and validated.
