Together, we are committed to building an inclusive and diverse culture that celebrates and values all the voices and cultures of our children and our families across Canada.
We know that the pivot opportunities and connections we bring are unique, and we invite service providers, contributors, volunteers, and communities to embrace their own uniqueness, so they can be fully self-expressed, empowering one another to bring pivot opportunities through community-connection to every neurodiverse child and their family.

IDEA Policy
The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access (IDEA) Policy is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment at Pivot Community. The policy helps ensure that all team members and volunteers can bring their whole self to work, and feel a sense of belonging and thriving.
Our Policy Framework
The policy frames guidelines on the design of IDEA processes and procedures and helps shape Committees that integrate specific IDEA Deliverables.
For example, Committees develop internal and external engagement action plans, based on feedback in periodic surveys and group feedback sessions. Findings from these activities inform recommendations to foster a positively inclusive culture.
